what is IBC?

IBC is the shorthand name for INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER. It is a package that is used for the storage and transportation for non-hazardous liquid products. Each set of our IBC includes High Density box and 2 layers of food grade PE liner. We can provide High Density corrugated box and High Density wood box to protect liquid products well in our cassette liner during storage and transportation.

Our cassette liner consists of 2 layers food grade polyethylene with BSP valves. The superior welding technique ensures that the valves and liners are securely bonded in order to ensure a safe and sound package. Our IBC ranges in size from 55 gallons to 275 gallons according to the specification of your liquid products.

Our corrugated paper cases are supplied in the configuration of tetragon, octagon and/or others by application of septuple-wall corrugated board(AAA) and quintuple-wall corrugated board (AA) (referred to as AAA HD corrugated box), It is water-resistant, has large carrying capacity, and is clearly printed. The LAF IBC is easy to use and is fumigation free.

Our wooden case is a tetragon design made of solid pine and free fumigation. Each set consists of 5 wood frames linked by hinges. It can be reused many time because of its high density design.
